Move Your Soul is a guided somatic movement experience that blends breathwork, music, and free expression. It begins by grounding you in your body, then builds into energizing music and full, uninhibited movement.

There is no choreography to follow. No performance. No right or wrong way to move. You tune into how you feel, allow your body to lead, and let the music do the rest.

It's still growing and evolving. Each session expands the vision of what's possible when people move together with intention. What began as a personal practice has become a community experience that ripples far beyond the room.

I'm a mom, a lifelong dancer, and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. Movement has been at the center of my life, and for most of it, it was also how I survived the hard parts.

Whenever I felt stressed, overwhelmed, or lost, I would put on music and move freely. Not to perform. Not to follow choreography. Just to let my body say what words couldn't. I felt lighter after. More alive. More like myself.

One day, dancing alone in my room, something clicked: if this could help me this much, others needed it too. That was the moment Move Your Soul was born.

My mission is to make this kind of soulful, intentional movement accessible to everyone, and to build a community where people feel empowered, grounded, and genuinely alive.
